The objective of “WORLD’S VEHICLE DOCUMENTS” is to collect and catalogue
images and to acquire all useful information, particularly on driving
and traffic licenses, but also on identification and travel documents
from countries ALL over the world.
 |
This initiative has allowed, after years of work and lot of
sacrifices, to collect, catalogue and store thousands of images
and information.
All of this was possible only thanks to the colleagues who
co-operated with us providing constant contribution of both
images and information (STAFF). |
It’s natural that giving the success of the initiative other
requirements were born. On one hand to popularise obtained knowledge, in
correct and above all in confidential way, so it doesn’t remain
available only to few. On the other hand to feed the archives, but in
order to respect colleagues who are carrying out daily work of
collecting and transferring data, the precise regulations are obliged.

Different colleagues or Police Offices are used to create small archives to
collect various documents with which they get into contact.
Even though they can be made very well, it’s always about limited
collections and often without any criteria; documents are not certified and
especially without knowing version, validity and characteristics.
Our idea was to collect all this material, evaluate, catalogue, certify and
make it available FREE OF CHARGE. What we ask all colleagues who are
co-operating with us is only constant and unselfish cooperation, and what we
offer are information and images from our archive that consists (DECEMBER
2009) of:

If you want to co-operate with us we are asking you to research, collect and
transmit driving and traffic license and information about documents from
all over the world. By doing so you will be entitled to request information
and images free of charge from our archive. Images and information about
documents that are already in our archive are also appreciated.
Working constantly with us you’ll be entitled to be included in our STAFF,
which allows you to:
Request
FREE information and news on specific documents in the archive. Those
information are for the exclusive use of
REFERENTS
and
COOPERATORS,
or rather those (belonging to the police) who are constantly
contributing to feed our archive.
Receive
a password which allows FREE access to restricted areas of the site,
excluding the database IDIS.
Be
enrolled in the service FREE newsletter.
Receive
FREE all information material produced by association.
Participate
FREE in courses.
Have
direct and preferential contact with our experts that could clear up all
doubts and provide all useful information. |

PROCEDURES
|
|
To send images and/or texts related to the traffic or driving licenses,
original or falsified, please follow the further procedure:
1. Scan
the document front and backward through the scanner or make a digital photo
of it. For better usability of the material please scan the document with
resolution of 300 dpi or higher and save images in jpeg format at 24 bit.
2. Fill
out a data sheet on the document and transmit the image files with the
attachments. Anyhow the data sheet should consist of at least following
information:
MATERIAL (PAPER, PAPERBOARD, PLASTIC, PHOTO PAPER,
ETC)
FORMAT (EXACT MEASURES OF THE DOCUMENT)
SECURITY ELEMENTS (MICROPRINT, UV REACTIONS,
HOLOGRAMS, ETC)
AUTHORITY WHO ISSUES A DOCUMENT
VALIDITY OF A DOCUMENT
OTHER INFORMATION RELATED TO THE DOCUMENT
In cases of international driving permits indicate the sequence of the
inside pages.

EXCHANGE
OF THE DOCUMENTS
|
|
We are in possession of documents (not images) that we exchange FREE
OF CHARGE with other documents that are not in our archive or with
those that we have only images. |
